Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some of the most frequently asked questions I receive. If you have more specific questions than what is listed here, you can reach out to me and I will try to respond within 24 - 48 hours.

How can I order from the site?

You can order directly on the site using the cart and checkout option. If you see something on the site that is marked as "sold out," then feel free to contact me for a custom-made piece or to see if I have any available.

What if I want a custom order?

For custom orders, you have several options:

  • You can select one of the customizable options for purchase and provide the details during checkout.

  • You can contact me through the site, email, or send me a DM on Instagram if you would like a custom piece not listed.

  • You can also contact me just for a quote to see how much something would cost. Custom pieces are usually priced using a combination of size, material, and difficulty.

Do I have to design my custom request for you?

That is completely up to you! I will work with as little or as much detail as you want to give me. For example, if you want a gift for someone at work but only care about size, name, and logo, then I will draft some options for you. On the other hand, if you want to provide a mock-up of exactly what you are looking for, that is great too! I will also always send a draft for your approval before I make anything.

How can I pay?

You can pay using a credit card through this site. For local orders, I also accept cash and Venmo. When paying for custom orders, I will create a listing specifically for you after finalizing all the details. That listing will allow you to use the site to pay for your order.

How long will it take for you to make my order?

The production time depends on the item ordered. Given the difference in products, production time for customizable options is between 5 - 7 business days. For custom orders, the production time may take longer depending on needed supplies. I will always do my best to give you an estimated date of completion as well as share status updates as the project progresses.
